Making your material visible to a larger audience requires a significant initial time investment. Only a few community-based social platforms have the capacity to do so. Take Reddit, for instance, where you may upload your material to a well-known community and potentially reach a far larger audience than if you had posted it to your 50-follower Twitter account.
